Deposit and
Refund Policy
A booking deposit equal to 30% of
total is due when reservation is made.
A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is
cancelled prior to ten days before the arrival date.
Weekends and special events require a two-night minimum stay.
Cancellations made less than ten days in advance will be charged
for the full stay, unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
