Aggieland Cottage        

"Sleep in the shadow of Kyle Field."  Located just ten minutes South East of Kyle Field if you walk or five minutes if you run.  This quaint brick cottage is decorated with Texas family antiques and touches of Aggie Maroon.  The home faces historic Brison Park, and features two newly renovated bedrooms and bath.  Full breakfast is served in the dining room.

Accommodations include two newly decorated private bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom they share upstairs.  An upstairs coffee bar includes a coffee maker and small refrigerator.  Keyless guest entry allows guests to come and go at their leisure.  Price is double occupancy, additional guests each $25/night.  No small children.

Derek's Room - Queen bed, writing area, cable TV, and shared bath.

Campus Close                         

Private guest house within walking distance of Texas AM campus. One bedroom with king bed, large full bath, kitchen and living area with TV, queen sofa bed. Breakfast is continental--left for visitors to enjoy at their leisure.

Hosted by Aggies.  Sitting room with TV and breakfast area available for guests to relax and enjoy their stay with private deck in back. Perfect for visitors to campus, the Bush Library, Old Downtown Bryan and other area attractions.

Located in the Southside Historical District, just 0.8 mile from Kyle Field.  The entire four bedroom house is offered for mid-week and weekend rental.

Hereford House - Fully Furnished - Four bedrooms, sleeps 8+++.  Queen bedroom with private bath, three twin bedrooms sharing hall bath, living/dining room, and full kitchen.

Larkspur Cottage

The Loft is a delightful and beautifully decorated B&B featuring antique furnishings and fascinating historic photographs throughout. Within walking distance to Texas A&M and Kyle Field, the newly renovated guest house is a welcomed retreat for football fans, A&M parents, alumni and visitors to the Bryan - College Station area of Texas.

Rusty Nail Ranch          

Private, free-standing guest house with three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, living and dining rooms, kitchen. Two porches up and down. Near stocked pond. Barbecue house by pond. Can sleep up to 10 people.

On 145 acre ranch with plains, wooded areas and creek. Great for families, small retreats/reunions or groups or clubs interested in bird watching, archery, photography and astronomy. Near Jewett, Palestine, Crockett or Bryan/College Station.

Nestled back in the woods, 15 miles from A&M, where you can listen to the quiet along with cows, birds of all kinds, donkeys that seem to think they are roosters and guineas that know no boundaries.  We have spotted bobcats, foxes, coyotes, wild hogs and the beautiful deer. 

Continental breakfast is left for guests to enjoy at their leisure, or we're happy to stock the kitchen with groceries if you wish to cook your own breakfast.

Deposit and Refund Policy

A booking deposit equal to 30% of total is due when reservation is made.

A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is cancelled prior to ten days before the arrival date.  If a reservation is cancelled ten or less days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the first nights lodging will be charged.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs pages(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.   Guest names, addresses, phone numbers, anticipated time of arrival, and food preferences or allergies will be shared with your B&B host. 

We use Reservation Nexus to allow you to make reservations from our website.  Their servers are PCI complaint, meeting the highest security standards and requirements of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
