Sundown Cottage

Nestled back in the woods, 15 miles from A&M, where you can listen to the quiet along with cows, birds of all kinds, donkeys that seem to think they are roosters and guineas that know no boundaries.  We have spotted bobcats, foxes, coyotes, wild hogs and the beautiful deer. 

 

Continental breakfast is left for guests to enjoy at their leisure, or we're happy to stock the kitchen with groceries if you wish to cook your own breakfast.

Mid-week (Sun-Thurs):  $150.00 per night (single-double occupancy)

Weekends:  $185.00 per night (single-double occupancy, two-night minimum)

Special Events:  $205.00* per night (single-double occupancy, two-night minimum)
